Krystsina Kananchuk is the founder of Kananchuk Law Office, P.C., where she practices immigration law exclusively. Krystsina focuses her practice on Asylum, Citizenship and Naturalization, Humanitarian Relief, Family-based Immigration, Employment-based Immigration, Deportation and Removal Defense. She practices before U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and the Immigration Court.

As an immigrant herself, Krystsina has a unique ability to understand the obstacles many families face when seeking to better their lives in the United States. This drives her to deliver exceptional advocacy throughout the whole immigration process and fiercely protect her client’s best interests.

Krystsina is a member of the Chicago Bar Association, Illinois Bar Association, American Bar Association and American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA). She is fluent in Russian and Ukrainian.
